Remi Zentikaite (She/Her)

Licensed Social Worker

My therapeutic style is rooted in helping you foster alignment with your values, empowering you to navigate life’s complexities with authenticity and purpose. When faced with certain obstacles, we may lose sight of our innate resilience; by working collaboratively, we can tap into your resilience, facilitating growth and self-discovery.

All About Me

I am a Licensed Social Worker. I earned my Master's of Social Work from the University of Illinois, Chicago. I have worked with individuals of all ages in various settings, including private practice and community mental health agencies. One of my areas of expertise lies in supporting individuals with food allergies, addressing the profound effects they can have on mental well-being, including anxiety and stress. I am dedicated to guiding you through the complexities of varying food allergies. I understand how difficult it can be to cope with anxiety, depression, and other mood disorders.

I believe you can alchemize your most significant challenges into your greatest strengths. I aim to provide person-centered therapy and a nonjudgmental environment for clients to explore their emotions, thoughts, and experiences. I prioritize building a trusting therapeutic relationship where clients feel supported and understood as they navigate challenges, develop self-awareness, and work toward personal growth and fulfillment. Whether addressing issues related to anxiety, depression, relationships, or life transitions, I tailor my interventions to meet each client's unique needs, promoting healing, resilience, and meaningful change.

In my free time, you can catch me listening to my favorite podcasts (I'm always happy to give recommendations!), drinking a warm cup of herbal tea, and going to concerts with friends.
