Life can sometimes feel overwhelming. Moments catch us off guard, move too fast, or leave us feeling stuck. During those times, we often develop coping mechanisms just to feel safe, which is completely natural. Over time, those same tools can begin to feel limiting, leaving us feeling unseen, unheard, or unsure how to move forward.

I aim to create a space where healing feels possible and sustainable. Whether you are seeking support for yourself, your child, or your family, I am here to walk alongside you as we focus on building resilience, insight, and self-awareness.

I invite you into a therapy space that prioritizes patience, compassion, and collaboration. I work with adults, children, and teens who are navigating challenges such as trauma, depression, anxiety, ADHD, mood disorders, self-harm, school or work-related stress, life transitions, and impulse control difficulties. I also have a strong background in supporting families through difficult transitions and helping them develop healthier ways to communicate and reconnect.

In our sessions, I meet clients exactly where they are and bring empathy, honesty, and encouragement, along with a touch of humor when it is helpful. I believe therapy is a collaborative journey where your voice matters, your experiences are respected, and your goals guide the process. My approach integrates trauma-informed care with evidence-based practices such as CBT, mindfulness, play therapy, and narrative work, all within a warm and nonjudgmental environment.

Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy spending time with my family and being outdoors. Nature helps me stay grounded and present, and I strive to bring that same sense of calm into the work I do with my clients.

If you are ready to take the next step in your journey, I am here and would be honored to support you along the way.
