(she/her)
Licensed Professional Counselor

I strive to meet each client with curiosity, compassion, and authenticity. I primarily use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients develop greater psychological flexibility, challenge unhelpful thought patterns, and learn skills that support lasting change. I believe that while we cannot always control what happens to us, we can learn new ways to respond to life's challenges that align with our values and goals.
I enjoy working with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, and relationship challenges. Because every person's story is unique, I tailor therapy to fit your individual needs while working collaboratively to help you make meaningful progress.
As I continue to grow as a clinician, I remain committed to learning and providing evidence-based care in a way that feels genuine and personalized. I consider it a privilege to walk alongside my clients as they build resilience, discover their strengths, and create lives that feel more fulfilling.
Outside of the therapy office, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, engaging in sports, playing cello, and trying out new coffee shops. I believe maintaining balance and self-care is important, and I strive to model the same compassion toward myself that I encourage in my clients.
