I work with teens and young adults who are navigating challenges such as depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, emotional overwhelm, relationship concerns, identity development, and life transitions. I understand that this stage of life can come with a lot of pressure, uncertainty, and change, and I strive to provide a space where clients feel genuinely heard, understood, and supported.

My approach is collaborative, warm, and nonjudgmental. I believe that each person is doing the best they can with the resources they have, and therapy can be a place to better understand yourself, build new skills, and create meaningful change. I work alongside clients to explore their experiences, identify patterns that may no longer be serving them, and develop tools that feel practical and realistic for their lives.

I have experience working in partial hospitalization settings, where I supported individuals experiencing complex mental health concerns and higher levels of emotional distress. This experience has shaped my ability to meet clients with compassion while also helping them build structure, coping strategies, and a stronger sense of stability. I often incorporate skills from Dialectical Behavior Therapy, including emotion regulation, distress tolerance, mindfulness, and interpersonal effectiveness, to help clients manage difficult emotions, navigate stress, and strengthen relationships.

My goal is to create a safe and supportive space where you can show up as you are, process what you are carrying, and move toward healing and growth at a pace that feels right for you. If you are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or unsure of your next step, I would be honored to walk alongside you on your journey.
