Licensed Clinicial Professional Counselor

I believe therapy should feel supportive, human, and tailored to you—not one-size-fits-all. My approach is grounded in person-centered therapy, meaning I meet you where you are and work collaboratively at your pace. I also draw from CBT, DBT, and parts work to help you better understand your thoughts, emotions, and inner experiences while building practical, real-life skills.

I work with individuals and families, children, teens, and adults, navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and family-related stress. Many of the clients I support are dealing with life transitions, emotional overwhelm, negative self-talk, or patterns that feel hard to break. My goal is to help you build insight, resilience, and a stronger relationship with yourself and others.

I don’t believe therapy has to stay inside four walls. When it feels helpful, I incorporate more unconventional approaches like going outside, movement, and creative or art-based activities to support emotional expression and self-awareness. Healing often happens when we engage more than just words.
Outside of the therapy room, I’m an avid reader and love spending time with my dog and parrot. I value quality time with my family and my fiancé, and I believe connection, curiosity, and balance are essential to mental wellness. I bring that same warmth, authenticity, and flexibility into the therapy space.

My hope is to create a safe, comfortable environment where you feel understood, supported, and empowered as you move through growth and change.
